Vita Floor is a vibrating floor system which gives the horse both a versatile physical training and massage in one go.

The Vita floor provides whole-body vibration, which has shown to aid in equine back muscle development along with notable improvement in blood circulation throughout the body and organs.. Vibration plate therapy can lead to improved performance, helps ensure better health and injury prevention. As well as accelerating the healing process for injuries and helps in colic prevention.

As the Vita floor stimulates the blood circulation without the horse having to move this makes very effective therapy also for horses that are off work or on box rest.

The Vita floor is not only beneficial to your horse but you can could also benefit from whole-body vibration shown to highly effective in boosting mental and physical health. Using the plate even for short sessions 10 mins 3 times a week can enhance your own performance, increasing strength, muscular endurance and agility, flexibility, reduced pain and even decreased cellulite !
