COVID-19 UPDATE
We can take bookings from today 7th July 9am
The office will remain closed to clients, please call on 01268 711221 to book your lessons.
Notes
- We are currently only able to offer lessons to clients that are capable of mounting and adjusting their own stirrups due to social distancing rules.
- Our staff will have your horses ready to be passed to you inside the arenas. Group lessons in Indoor school 2 and private lessons in Indoor school 1. If you arrive early, please remain in your car until it is time for your lesson.
- At the moment we are unable to offer lead rein and beginner lessons due to the social distancing measures but hope we will be able to provide these lessons again soon.
We know that with this opening there will be happiness for those of you that can participate and some frustration for those who are not able to fit these temporary criteria but we are working to get back to some normality as soon as it is possible.
At this present time we are un able to take on new clients, but we would still like to hear from you and take details, so we can keep you informed of when we can return to a more normal service.
Terms of booking:
- If you or anyone in your household has COVID-19 symptoms, please do not leave your house and self -isolate for 14 days. We reserve the right to take a Client’s temperature if they are showing symptoms of COVID-19. If it is deemed that you are unable to ride, we issue a refund or credit your account.
- All riders must sanitise their hands-on arrival, situated on the outside of the main barn, also there are other extra stations around the property
- The office will remain closed and on arrival please follow the guidance from the carpark.
- The toilets will be open, however it will be on a one in one out basis. Where possible please avoid making use of them for health and safety reasons.
- Clients and staff are to maintain a 2m/6ft social distance from each other
- PPE will be worn by all staff should an incident or accident occur.
- Only one parent or guardian with each under 18 year old. Please only stay on the premises for the duration of your lesson.
- Clean riding gloves must be worn when riding
- Clients must provide their own hat and boots at this time. Boots are available to purchase should you need to. We can arrange sizes via email.
- Our cafe will remain closed at this time so please bring your own refreshments
All of the above will be in constant review as we get updates from the government and our governing bodies.
